WEEK #2 ya'll!!!

Holy cow fam bam! I woke up today at 5 am to do my wash (laundry is a piece of cake, i was born to do it) and all that jazz and when i got on my computer....... BAM 13 new emails!! gosh it made my day. SO THANK YOU! but fam im doin goood. Im gonna try to answer all of your questions in this email, but knowing me i probably wont. #sorrynotsorry Well fam bam let me start out by thanking all of you for your prayers and love.

This week began with a bang, as many of you may have heard Parker, Tyler, and Smeegs all came down here into the MtC and had lunch with James and I.. CRAZZZZY!! It was actually really funny because as i was using the toliet (standing up) parkers face appeared right over my shoulder! so at first i was like WHAAAAAAAAAT and then i was like wait, let me finish. so that caught me completely off guard. It was so great to see them and just reminded me that it stinks to be Parker and Tyler.. because im gonna get home a full month before them in 2015! HA. That following night i participated in my first blessing!! If you havent heard about the expreience just ask Mom or Candace. oh and Mom/ Candace the Elder that passed out is fine and a stud.haha  Dad i am doing my pushups every night and every morning, no need to worry im still gonna kick your neck off in the future. Oh and a tie every month would be awesome! The temple here in Provo is amazing, but still the SLC temple is my home. I am getting all your dear elders and they have seriously helped me everyday! THANK YOU CANDACE!!- i want some pics of Nora in this "tent" hahaha. MAAAAAAAAA I NEED SOME SOCKS! just like 3 pairs of normal white socks. that would be awesome. Anything else i didnt answer?

Lake Powell sounded awful. I want you all to know that i prayed for Petes car to brake down... REVELATION! HA. just messing! water skiing.. man oh man i miss that. Shmoe you bettter be tearing it up on the ski! your emails were awesome and im so grateful for them. Travis and shaua sent me pictures of Courtney and Carson in Powell, they were so awesome and looked so happy. But enought about lake powell.... it stinks anyways.  Mom you said you saw my schedule?? yea so all the "personal study time" they give you isnt really personal time,  its all classroom language learning time! speaking of the language.. its rough, but gonna be so worth it. Everday when i am feeling overwhelmed, as our teacher only talks in Naderlands, i just walk out in the hall and listen to the Thai or the Icelantics try to learn there language and find myself feeling extremely grateful for only having to learn Naderlands!  DA HEAT WON BABY!!! (picture will be coming) LEBRONNNNNNN JAMESSSSSSS!!!! dats right.

 This week has been so fun at times and then soooooo... well ya. But like i was told in a wonderful letter i got -"one smaill positive thought in the morning, can make a whole day." Family you are that positive thought i think about. Every night and every morning i do exactly what Alma 37:37 says "......when thou liest down at night lie down unto the Lord, that he may watch over you in your sleep; and when thou risest in the morning let thy heart be full of thanks unto God..." i thank the man upstairs every day for you guys. Know that i love each and everyone of you and miss you all so much. You guys have been my motivation this week and your going to be through out this two year Journey. It is no longer "Endure to the End" family.... It is "ENJOY to the End".

You're not gonna believe what just happened today. so after i finished emailing and all i went back to my unit and decided to take a nap since it was my p day. well i woke up and was literally standing over a urinal when freakin PARKER ROGERS all the sudden appears over my shoulder! hahhaha him, Tyler Robinson, and Smeegs got name tags and came down to the MTC! haha it was crazy. i had lunch with them annd everything. I just had to tell ya'll that!

but so yea i know all of you are driving back from powell right now but i just wanted to say that i miss you all and i hope you all read the letters that i sent you. I think i sent one to each one of you... except mom because a special one is coming for you! I love you all and really do miss each and everyone of you.

Alma 37:37- go read it fam, its what i do every single night and morning i wake up. Know that you all are in my prayers and that the lord is not only blessing me, but also blessing each and everyone of you. Try hard not to forget me and try even harder to never forget the lord.

First Week in the MTC

WELL WOW! THANK YOU ALL FOR THE LETTERS AND PACKAGES. seriously they got me through my first week. Mom and Candace you two are angels, all the love you have sent me the past couple has honestly been like revieving a gold medal. My distract actaully has been making fun of me because every time our DL (district leader) goes to get mail he just comes back with loads of letters and about 3/4 are ALL MINE!!! haha so thank you all.

So im guessing you are all dying to here how i have been doing the past week and also want all the details (mom)....  My companions name is Elder Bean. He just barely graduated high school 2 weeks ago and loves zelda... he is a pretty cool guy, just super shy (pictures will come). The first night we got here they put 6 of us elders into one freakin room together..(these rooms are about the size of carly and chloes rooms) well i decided that i wasnt having it and found these elders just across the hall who only had 2 of them living in a room that we were moving in! haha they were totally fine with it which was super chillllll. The two elders who took us in are Elder Talbot-who used to play football for freemont and got his homecoming wrecked...by me! and Elder Tuckett-who is from payson and a total chill bo bagens dude. They are going to Iceland on their missions.

Lets see...  i love my district. I've some really cool funny guys. pictures will come.. umm the language.. well spreken de Naderlands is pretty rough. I spend 10 1/2 hours inside a classroom with no windows! no joke. we actaully are required to take 5 minute walk around the campus every 2 hours so we can recieve some vitamin D. The first day of class my teacher only spoke Naderlands (dutch) NO FREAKING ENGLES! so that was pretty overwhelming.. but now its been about a week and im like practically fluent. I have already given 3 lessons in dutch which is chill and yea im just kidding about me being fluent and all.. i butchered just about every lesson. its chill tho, never sketch.

Food here is great. its like being back at good'ol East high and getting school lunch everyday... yup. haha i havent gained weight and still have my six pack. no worries. Oh and my friends.. well actually right now im sitting next to Elder Barker aka James barker which is pretty chill. we hang out like everyday because Tanner and i have like complete opposite schedules so we rarely see each other.

 Have i answered all your questions yet??? if not please let me know because i will be getting back on the my email in about 4 hours (thats like 10 am, i have been awake since 5 today) or so! so feel free to email or just get on and we can chat! yeaaaaaaa buddy
